An attorney-client relationship is formed only when: (a) We have performed a conflict check; (b) We have explicitly offered representation; and (c) You have signed a "Step 1" Limited Engagement Agreement.

2. AI PRIVILEGE WARNING (THE "RAKOFF" NOTICE) Warning: Information submitted to public-facing AI tools on this site (e.g., the "Lawvocate Guide") is not privileged and may be discoverable in litigation.

• Public Zone: Do not input confidential case facts, real names, or sensitive strategy into these public tools. They are for educational pattern recognition only.
• Privileged Zone: Attorney-client privilege attaches only within our secure "Collaborative AI Workspace," which is accessible solely after entering a Step 1 Engagement.

• No Deadline Monitoring: We do not calculate or monitor statute of limitations or filing deadlines unless expressly stated in a signed engagement agreement.
• Not for Emergencies: This site and its tools are not monitored for emergency legal notices.
