Jurisdiction and Scope
Our legal services are limited to jurisdictions where our attorneys are licensed/admitted (currently Michigan and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan), and to the scope described in a signed engagement agreement. For other jurisdictions, we may provide general information and can refer you to independent counsel.
